ABOUT VINYASA FLOW YOGA IN ENGLISH
Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga that smoothly flows through a sequence of postures, connecting movement with breath. It is a dynamic practice that helps to increase flexibility, strength and mindfulness. Kate’s classes are taught in English, her native language, and are suitable for varying levels of English and yoga experience, as she speaks clearly whilst demonstrating poses and suggests variations to simplify or challenge. Class themes change regularly, but always include mindful meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (poses) and relaxation.
Kate is originally from a small village near the Peak District in England and she discovered yoga in 2006 whilst living a fast-paced, high-stress lifestyle, as a Fashion Knitwear Designer in New York. Yoga became her moment of peace and deep relaxation, benefitting mind and body. The transformation she experienced has led her to make decisions leading towards a more mindful and satisfying life. She started teaching Vinyasa in 2013 after completing 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training with Frog Lotus Yoga. She is dedicated to her personal practice, continually learning, in order to offer the best to her students. Now based in Pamplona, Spain, she teaches yoga as well as working on design projects.
